Invento XV550X – Wheel aligner 3D

INVENTO XV550X is the top model with the high resolution cameras, aluminium clamps and small targets. Designed to scissor and 4-posts lifts with automatic tracking beam is very convenient for technicians. XV550X with double screen, professional measurements and adjustments is perfect device for demanding garages. 3D technology guarantees quick and accurate measurement.

3D technology
The device uses the latest geometry measurement technology – 3D measurement. The measurement is performed much faster than CCD device. Convenience, speed, repeatability of measurements – these are the most important advantages of 3D technology.

Small targets
In the 550X model, targets are small, which helps working on narrow garages and 4-posts lift.

Automatic tracking
The cameras continuously control the position of the targets. Automatically move up and down when the vehicle position changes.

Adjusting points, drawings
The database contains drawings of adjusting points in suspension.

Vehicle report
Allows to prepare a report on the condition of the vehicle – condition of tires, suspension status, etc.

Lift-up measurements
The program allows to “freeze” the results for the lifting time and perform adjustment with the raised vehicle.

Removing wheel adjustment
The function allows to adjust angles without the wheel. Requires special adapters (on request).

Engine bracket adjustment
Special procedure for easy adjustment, moving the bracket under the engine.

Locked toe
Helps to adjust toe in cars with regulation point at the top.

Tire diameter
The device measures the radius and circumference of each wheel. Additionally calculates turns on the 1km distance.

Double screen
Helps to work in the pit or with the rear axis adjustments with lift.

Aluminium clamps 11’’-25’’, 3-points
Light (3kg) and easy-to-use clamps with a wide range allow for comfortable and fast work.

Fast & easy run-out compensation
During short run-out compensation (less than 20 cm) device simultaneously measures toe, camber and dimensions. The rolling distance is very short the job and more convenient and saves space.
