Detailed description
The TCM24 tyre changer is used for servicing motorcycle wheels. The machine uses a specialized disassembly head, a special body and appropriately profiled jaws for motorcycle tires with large-size brake blocks.
Related machines are in operation at Harley-Davidson, Ducati and Honda showrooms.
The disassembly head is made of a special material. It is resistant to high stresses and difficult conditions that prevail when breaking the presser foot.
The wide range of jaws from 6 to 24 inches makes it suitable for handling large rims such as those on Harley-Davidson, but also excellent for handling small scooter wheels.
A small pedal of Italian design and the ability to stop the jaws in any position make it easier to work with motorcycle rims.
A specially profiled hammer with a force of 2,500 kg works accurately and reliably.
Thick rubber allows the removal of motorcycle tires with brake pads.
The machine is heavy and stable, and at the same time has a compact dimensions of 1100 x 1200 x 1950, it will fit in any vulcanization service.
A sturdy table with a large range and a speed of 6.5 rpm.
Working pressure – minimum 8 bar.
