Application and Purpose:

Installation Instructions:

  1. Before installing the weight, remove old weights and ensure that the rim flange is suitable for installation.
  2. Select the appropriate weight, as indicated by the balancing machine, and drive the weight onto the rim in the designated spot.
  3. Ensure that the spring makes contact with the rim flange before driving in the weight.
  4. Using pliers, install the weight with no more than two strikes.
  5. After installation, check if the weight is securely seated.

Storage:

TPTBL weights should be stored in dry conditions, away from moisture. Avoid storing them directly on the ground without packaging. Keep them in a safe place, away from chemicals, acids, and flammable materials.

Notes on Usage:

According to regulations, using lead for wheel balancing in vehicles with a gross vehicle weight under 3.5 tons, produced after July 1, 2003, is prohibited.
