Purpose and Application of the Vulcanizing Press Stand
This stand is designed for effective cooperation with spot vulcanizing presses, such as the Thermopress, particularly during repairs of truck tires. It provides invaluable support for truck tire repairs, enabling precise positioning of the press and stable positioning of the tire in a convenient repair position.
Functionality and Design Features
The device functions as an additional accessory to INVENTO and TIP-TOPOL thermopresses, increasing comfort and repair efficiency. The design is based on robust cold-formed steel profiles, welded in a protective gas shield, ensuring strength and corrosion resistance due to the use of powder coating.
Key Design Elements:
• Mounting pin – facilitates secure installation of the Thermopress.
• Pneumatic cylinder control lever – allows height adjustment for raising the tire.
• Pneumatic cylinder – provides precise control over the lifting and lowering actions.
• Base – stabilizes the stand, equipped with holes for floor mounting.
• Guiding rollers – make it easier to position the tire in the correct repair position.

Operating Instructions:

1. Mount the Thermopress onto the stand’s pin.
2. Before inserting the tire, ensure the cylinder is in the lower position.
3. Roll the tire onto the rollers and then position the repair spot at the 12:00 position.
4. Using the lever, raise the press so that the lower heating element of the Thermopress makes contact with the tire.
5. Perform the repair according to technological instructions.
6. After the repair is completed, lower the cylinder and remove the tire from the stand.
