Piston compressor Invento 560B 270 l, 10 bar, 3 kW, 400 V

Description

The INVENTO INV560B is a two-stage, double-piston reciprocating compressor designed for efficiency and long-lasting performance. One of its key features is the belt drive system, which connects the motor to the compressor. This design results in a lower rotational speed, ensuring smoother operation and enhanced durability.

Detailed description

INVENTO INV560B Two-Stage, Belt-Driven Reciprocating Air Compressor

The compressor features an in-line arrangement of two pistons housed within a single cylinder. This design allows for alternate pumping and significantly reduces the chances of oil contamination in the compressed air. Each piston is sealed with three sealing rings, further minimizing oil leakage.

The cast-iron cylinder provides excellent heat dissipation, contributing to the compressor’s overall longevity and performance. This sturdy construction helps ensure that the INV560B is reliable and capable of enduring long-term use.

For improved mobility, the INV560B comes equipped with wheels and a handle. Its oil level can be easily monitored via the sight glass, and it includes an automatic pressure switch that starts the compressor when the pressure drops below a preset level and stops it once the maximum pressure is reached.

Standard Features:

  • 400V/50Hz power cable
  • Filter with pressure regulator
  • Pressure gauge and two quick couplings
  • Relief valve for motor protection
  • Pressure switch for automatic operation
  • Drain valve for easy tank drainage
  • Wheels and handle for easy mobility
  • Motor, pump, and tank with certificates
  • User manual for operation guidance

Reciprocating Compressors: A Reliable Choice

Reciprocating compressors, including the INV560B, are widely used due to their simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and ease of use. They operate by moving a piston back and forth to draw in and compress gas. While this type of compressor is not designed for continuous use, its pressure capacity of up to 10 bars makes it ideal for intermittent tasks such as those found in tire services and garages.

When choosing a reciprocating compressor, it’s important to consider factors like the required compressed air volume, tank size (which influences the frequency of switching on and off), and the intended usage. Larger tanks allow for longer operation times between cycles. The simplicity, portability, and low investment costs are some of the main advantages of reciprocating compressors, making them an excellent choice for various applications.
