Piston compressor INVENTO 475, 200 l, 10 bar, 3 kW
Description
The INVENTO INV475 is a single-stage, double-piston reciprocating compressor designed for efficient performance and durability. A key feature of this model is its belt-driven motor, which results in lower rotational speeds, enhancing the overall efficiency of the compressor.
Detailed description
INVENTO INV475 Oil Reciprocating Compressor – Single-Stage, Double-Piston with Belt Drive
This compressor features an in-line piston arrangement within a single cylinder, enabling an alternating pumping action. Each piston is equipped with three sealing rings, which significantly minimize the risk of oil contamination in the compressed air.
The long-lasting design of the INV475 is supported by its cast-iron cylinder, ensuring excellent heat dissipation and extended service life.
Designed for mobility, the INV475 comes with integrated wheels and a handle for easy transportation. The unit also provides a convenient oil level monitoring system with a sight glass. Automatic functionality is enabled by a built-in pressure switch, which activates the compressor when the pressure falls below the preset minimum and shuts it down when the maximum pressure is reached.
Standard Features Include:
- 400V/50Hz power supply cable
- Filter with regulator, pressure gauge, and two quick couplings
- Overload protection relief valve
- Pressure switch
- Drain valve for easy tank drainage
- Tank equipped with wheels and handle for mobility
- Motor and pump
- Certification for the tank and safety valve
- User manual
About Reciprocating Compressors: Reciprocating compressors, commonly used in various industries, operate using a piston that moves back and forth, drawing in air and compressing it. The INV475 model generates a pressure of up to 10 bars.
Reciprocating compressors are typically not designed for continuous operation but rather for intermittent use, with a 50/50 duty cycle. This makes them ideal for applications like tire repair shops and garages.
When choosing a reciprocating compressor, consider factors like the required air output based on your workshop equipment and the appropriate tank size to reduce compressor cycling frequency. Larger tanks generally allow for longer operational cycles. These compressors are popular due to their simple construction, mobility, and cost-effectiveness.
