Piston compressor Invento 320, 100 l, 10 bar, 1.5 kW, 230 V

Description

The INVENTO INV320 is a one-stage, double-piston oil reciprocating compressor featuring a belt drive. A key benefit of this model is the belt-driven motor, which helps reduce the compressor’s rotation speed, promoting smoother operation.

Detailed description

The compressor is designed with two pistons placed in a single cylinder, allowing for an alternating pumping action. Additionally, the pistons are sealed with three sealing rings, which effectively minimize the risk of oil contamination in the air.

Durability and long-term performance are ensured by a cast-iron cylinder, which also supports efficient heat dissipation.

The INV320 is designed for mobility, equipped with wheels and a convenient handle for easy transport. Other notable features include an oil level sight glass for simple monitoring, automatic operation enabled by an integrated pressure switch (which ensures the compressor starts at the minimum pressure and shuts off when the maximum pressure is reached).

Standard features include:

  • 400V/50Hz electric connection cable
  • Filter with regulator
  • Pressure gauge and two quick couplings
  • Overload protection relief valve
  • Pressure switch
  • Drain valve for the tank
  • Mobile tank with wheels and handle
  • Motor, pump, and tank certificates
  • Safety valve certificate
  • User manual

Reciprocating compressors remain one of the most widely used types of compressors. In these compressors, a piston moves back and forth, drawing in gas and compressing it. The piston generates a pressure of up to 10 bars. While these compressors are not designed for continuous operation, they work well in environments where intermittent use is sufficient, such as in tire shops and garages.

When choosing a reciprocating compressor, it’s important to consider:

  • The required volume of compressed air, depending on the equipment in use.
  • The size of the tank, which affects the compressor’s cycling frequency. Larger tanks allow for longer operating times between cycles.

The main advantages of reciprocating compressors include their simple design, mobility, and low initial investment costs.
