Intended Use

The 250 x 200 mm profile is used in professional tyre repair. It is designed to guarantee optimal pressure and enlarge the heating surface in the hot vulcanising repair process for agricultural and industrial tyres in any area.

Application

This element is an additional accessory designed for INVENTO thermopresses.

Installation

Bottom heater (internal).

Material

Using the profile made of aluminium provides good heat conduction over the entire surface of the heating element and uniform temperature distribution in the repair area.

Advantages:

• low mass to volume / size of the die ratio; relatively high mechanical strength;
• corrosion resistance – thanks to a spontaneous reaction occurring on the outer layer of aluminium when comes into contact with atmospheric oxygen, it is covered with a thin layer of Al2O3 oxide, which effectively blocks the access of oxygen to the material inside, becoming a self-contained corrosion protection;
• excellent heat conductivity.
